Webinar: Reimagining Anatomy: An Unorthodox Approach To Modernize Classical Dissection (22 Oct 2026)

Join us for a webinar with Tim Chamberlain DVM, MS, MPH:

Reimagining Anatomy: An Unorthodox Approach To Modernize Classical Dissection

Veterinary anatomy programs have faced a critical decision for years: resource-heavy traditional dissection labs with increasingly scrutinized ethics or conveniently consistent virtual platforms that feel hollow. Or is there an unorthodox hybrid that offers unintended benefits? In this webinar, Dr. Chamberlain will explore hybrid lab solutions that remain grounded in classical dissection with the scalability of digital, AI-assisted anatomy with secondary benefits to young professionals.

He holds DVM, MS, & MPH degrees from the University of Tennessee and is a certified veterinary chiropractor. His career spans general practice, veterinary education, and innovation & simulations development with expertise bridging anatomy pedagogy and artificial intelligence. He is an active Fellow in both the GenAI Faculty Fellowship & Anderson Center Entrepreneurship & Innovation (ACEI) Fellowship, where he is focused on deploying AI-assisted anatomic systems at scale and bringing Founder-led innovation to veterinary education.

Webinar: Software Eating the Clinic: Research, Hype Cycles, and the Evolution of Veterinary AI Scribing (03 Dec 2026)

Join us for a webinar with Aaron Massecar, Ph.D., MBA:

Software Eating the Clinic: Research, Hype Cycles, and the Evolution of Veterinary AI Scribing

Artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly across the veterinary landscape, but separating transformative clinical tools from market hype remains a central challenge for practitioners and informaticists alike. While early tech predictions often overpromised—such as claims that AI would rapidly replace veterinary radiologists—practical adoption in ambient documentation and AI scribing is moving faster than almost any technology in recent history.

Join Dr. Aaron Massecar for an objective, data-informed analysis of where veterinary AI stands today. This session moves beyond generic commentary to unpack how ambient scribing technology has evolved, how to evaluate model reliability, and how automated tools—from client callbacks to front-desk support—are expanding across the clinical workflow.

Attendees will gain a clear framework for evaluating historical tech claims against real-world adoption, examine emerging data from recent industry initiatives (including updates connected to AAVSB and AAHA Digital efforts), and leave with a realistic perspective on how software is reshaping modern veterinary practice.

About the presenter:

Aaron Massecar, Ph.D., MBA, is Head of Partnerships at CoVet, dedicated to helping veterinary teams thoughtfully adopt AI tools—including leading CoVet's partnership with Colorado State University. Formerly a philosophy professor, Aaron transitioned into veterinary medicine in 2017 to focus on tangible, practical impact. He has since been fortunate to support key industry initiatives across Texas A&M, the Veterinary Innovation Council, NAVC, CSU, and Veterinary Emergency Group. He holds an Executive MBA from Quantic and shares insights on collaboration and trust (amongst other topics) on substack. Aaron lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, with his wife and four pets.
